Introduction and Applicability

bj9 ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bj9 website, mobile platform, and all related services.

By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

Important Notice: These Terms form a legally binding agreement. In the event of any dispute, the English version of this document (where applicable) shall be considered final.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and play on bj9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be 21 years of age or older.
You may only open one account in your name.
You must provide accurate and complete information.
Your account must not have been previously closed or banned by bj9.

For 21+ only: Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts or playing games. bj9 reserves the right to verify age.

2.2 Registration Process

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and verifiable information. Any false or misleading information submitted in the registration form may result in account cancellation and the associated balance being forfeited.

Each user may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts by the same person using the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method is prohibited.

If any of your details change after registration, please notify our support team immediately.

Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account — whether authorised or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our 24/7 live chat immediately.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

bj9 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
Proof of ownership of the payment method used
Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Submitting false documents may result in legal action.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on bj9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
Deposits must be sent from a payment method registered in your name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes
Withdrawal requests are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be suspended if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

bj9 reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, suspend any unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:

Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
The bonus may be used for placing bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly.
The bonus must be used within a set period from the time it is issued; otherwise it will be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

Bonus balance and real money are tracked separately; real money is used first.
bj9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice.
If bonus abuse is suspected, bj9 may investigate the account and forfeit the bonus.
Employees, affiliates, and their family members are not eligible for bonuses.

5.3 VIP Program

The bj9 VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation and Results

Once a bet has been successfully placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical fault occurs in the software, hardware, or server, bj9 may void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount. Any unusual winnings resulting from an error are not valid.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting:

If any information relating to a match changes, the betting rules may also change.
Bets may be voided on events linked to suspected match-fixing.
Special rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events are available on the sports betting page.
Odds displayed in live betting are subject to change; the final odds at the time a bet is confirmed shall apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj9 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime.
Operating multiple accounts or opening an account under a third party's identity.
Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus multiple times across different accounts.
Exploiting any bug or error in the software.
Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
Carrying out any coordinated or group activity against the platform.
Providing false identity or documents.
Knowingly claiming unusual winnings that arise from a technical error.

If suspicious activity is detected, bj9 reserves the right to suspend the account and transactions until the investigation is complete.

Responsible Gaming

bj9 places responsible gaming as its top priority. Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We provide our users with the following tools:

Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month.
Self-exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
Permanent closure: You may request to permanently close your account at any time.
Reality check: Receive session notifications after playing for a set amount of time.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

bj9 accepts no liability for the following losses or damages:

Interruption to games or bets caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
Losses caused by problems with the user's own device or software.
Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
Account losses resulting from unauthorized access (where the user has not taken adequate security measures).
Service outages due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

The bj9 platform operates on an "as is" basis. No guarantee is provided regarding continuity of service or specific outcomes.

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by bj9

bj9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of the terms and conditions.
Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
Suspicion of money laundering.
Prolonged account inactivity (which may be closed in accordance with policy).

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any active bonus balance will be forfeited.

Approval of requests to reactivate a permanently closed account is at bj9's discretion.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with bj9, please follow the process below:

Step 1: Submit a complaint via our 24/7 live chat or email. Include a detailed description of the issue, screenshots, and any relevant information.
Step 2: Our support team will investigate the matter and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
Step 3: If both parties are not satisfied, the dispute will be resolved through an appropriate mediation process.

The relevant account or balance may be temporarily suspended during the dispute resolution period.
